What can I do if the TV screen is black and no audio but the backlight of the TV is on?

If the TV screen keeps black and no audio but the backlight is on, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:

  1. Restart the TV. You could press the power button on the TV remote or press the physical power button on the back of the TV.
  2. Power cycle the TV. You could unplug the power cord from the socket and plug it back in.
